That's shocking! Schade.
I really don't know much about the man, but I really really did enjoy Fear and Loathing und, to a much lesser extent, the Rum Diaries.

Am still thinking about the blogging idea but honestly, I don't really have the time. I do agree that it is a good idea, though.

How goes the job/Masters in Italy hunt? I am off to Paris tonight, hope I don't see a lady shit in the street (i.e. am hoping that was Strasbourg specific and not France specific).
We are also thinking of hitting the slopes in France or Austria first week in April. You can get some really good package deals.
I know that I'm abusing your comment section with this rambling off-topic epistle, but what the hell, it's not like you get other comments, eh? ha ha ha ha.

See, Brennan, this is why I think you should do the blog thing.

It's so much more fun seeing someone *else* abusing Joe for a change. I get bored of my own voice.
